Serial number for VS-720-10G in VSS 6509

Hi

I have a  supervisor engine VS-720-10G for 6509 and it can not boot normaly.

I try to find the serial number for RMA.

I find  three serial number on the engine but I don't know where is the correct。

Anyone help me and tell me how can i find the  serial number for the broken engine?

Hi Amdekus,

The serial number for VS-720-10G in VSS 6509

starts with SAL1317

From show inventory:

NAME: "Chassis 2 5", DESCR: "Chassis 2 VS-S720-10G 5 ports Supervisor Engine 720 10GE Rev. 3.1"
PID: VS-S720-10G       ,                     VID: V04, SN: SAL1317xxxx
