serivce policy and traffic shaping

HI guys. I have like this diagram :    [routerA]----{Internet_MPLS}--------[routerB]----[core_swB]----[access_switchB]    network , where some users on vlan 500 on access switch_B saturate internet pipe (there are other vlans we don't need to touch ) . "Bad traffic " is incoming media , for now we don't have anything there to block by protocol/content .

Any idea how I can shape incoming traffic for that vlan 500/subnet ? SVI vlan 100 is on core_sw .

Thank you .

what media is it exactly,  do you need to prioritise other types of traffic ?

you could use class maps to limit the bandwidth down on the unwanted traffic whilst creating class maps to give priority to traffic that's needed for your business.
