My task is only creating LAN Network .
I have Data Center + 3 buildings
Each building have Distribution Boxes (Network Rack)
I have to use lair 2 Switching only
Network including Data, CCTV, Access controller, Servers, Access Points and TV
Each devises will be on deferent VLANs
There will be average 100 users/ devices in each Building
Diagram is attached for reference.
How should be the network?
In DC and each DB have to use Managed Switch (Cisco Catalyst 2960X-48LPD-L)
Or
Any another solution like
One controller in DC which will be configured VLAN and all anther settings Like Tagging, MAC binding, etc..
In each DB can have unmanaged POE switch which is only to distribute settings from controller.
Can anybody help me to find a solution on both way or if any another and suggestion which models can be used. (Cisco only)

Hello
On your DB buildings you have PC, phone, wi-fi and cameras. If you want to put PC, phone, wi-fi and cameras to separate VLAN you need on DB side switch, which will be configured VLAN and all another settings Like Tagging, MAC binding, etc. On DC side you certainly need switch which will be configured VLAN and all another settings Like Tagging, MAC binding, etc.
But if you want to put PC, wi-fi, phone and cameras on 1 network you can use on DB side just an unmanaged POE switch which is only to distribute settings from controller
Hope it will help
