SFP-10G-SR-S on WS-C2960X-48LPD-L

Hi,

 

I´m trying connect the  SFP-10G-SR-S on WS-C2960X-48LPD-L, but the follow msg appears:

Do you know what reason of this behavior?

I have many switches of same model that yours and i have the many SPF 10GB-SR working normally.

 

Cisco IOS Software, C2960X Software (C2960X-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.2(2)E6, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

 

01#show interfaces tenGigabitEthernet 1/0/1
TenGigabitEthernet1/0/1 is up, line protocol is up (connected)
Hardware is Ten Gigabit Ethernet, address is 08cc.a769.e833 (bia 08cc.a769.e833)
Description: "Port-channel 1"
MTU 1500 bytes, BW 10000000 Kbit/sec, DLY 10 usec,
