SFP GLC-SX-MMD not working on 2960X

Hi, i had to install SFP on switch 2960x stacked..with Sfp mmd multimode..

The problem. When i Plug somes SFP mmd they dont work..

I replace theme whith others ..it works...on the same port ..

I supposed  that the SFP is Bad..but i had the same  problem  For a lot Of SFP.. Its not normal.. On 50 SFP 20 dosen't work..!!?

I test the  'Bad One' on other switchs...same  résult..also on 3750x

For information..some  Of thé Bad One ..are new..i open there bag. Myself. But don't  work..

No différence between the  good One and  thé Bad One.same  référence

If you are buying optics from a 3rd party vendor that is not approved by Cisco or is not a Cisco's reseller/partner your optics may not work.

Thanks For response but They are Cisco label product original (not compatible product)) and Cisco original on thé bag. Not 3rd Party..!!

Then you maybe have a bad batch of optics, uncommon but possible.

Can you post the complete output to the command "sh version"?
When you insert the SFP into the switch, what error message(s) is/are displayed in the logs?
What is the serial number of the SFP.

2- For question about any error on log, no error , i put a good sfp and put a optic link, the log display  "%LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface GigabitEthernet1/0/49, changed state to up"

 on the switch normaly after pull out the good SFP i had "%LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface GigabitEthernet1/0/49, changed state to down", i put the bad one ,no Log line , no Error , No link with the optic cable..?!
