SG-300 52 native VLAN blocking network packets

You propably have an issue with spanning tree not with the nativ vlan. To troubleshoot this we may start with a picture of the network topology and the running config of a SG 300 Switch.

Anyway to disable the nativ vlan use the command 'switchport forbidden default-vlan' in the interface configuration mode.

I doubt that this will solve the issue. Also I ve no idea why the nativ could be the cause. Did you have the same effect with STP enabled ?
