SG300-10MP Firmware Upgrade Fails

Trying to upgrade a SG300-10MP from firmware revision 1.10.68 to 1.3.5.58  when I try to upgrade I keep getting an error that says

"Error Message: Copy: Illegal software format"

I have tried using the HTTP copy as well as TFTP with the same results.  I have tried upgrading to a few other older releses and get the same error.

Any thoughts?

try upgrading through cisco network assistant or through the web console

Looks like Cisco small business products dont support the cisco network assistant. I have tried the web console with both Internet Explorer and Firefox.

The version 1.3.5.58 has two components - bootcode (.rfb) and firmware (.ros). First try to load a bootcode via TFTP, next the firmware. Recently I`ve successfully updated the same switch from the similar basic firmware
