SG300-10P - Only one uplink port is up

I have a SG300-10P feeding a satellite office in our warehouse, and I noticed recently that only one of the uplink ports is up.

I'm not sure how long the port has been down, but when I installed the switch about 8 months ago both uplink ports were up.

Some background info:

The SG300-10 was plugged into the network and never configured, so all settings are factory default.

Our offices are pretty spread out in the building so the network running to that office starts with a SGE2010 48 port Switch in the main office, which then travels about 250+ feet to a satellite switch room that has a SG300-28P Switch, which then travels another 250+ feet to the SG300-10P in the far office.

What I've done to test:

I've tested the Cat6 cable connecting the 28 port switch to the uplink port and it checks out OK.

I've also tried using different ports in the 28 port switch without success.

Any help with troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated.
