show tech support on 4500x vss

I ran show tech support on 4500x vss and it never finished running. Connected 2nd telnet session ran show proc cpu it never completed. Connected again later ran show run. It wont complete.Any way to recover without rebooting the switches?

I just tried to do show run from the console port with the same results.

You should be able to redirect the output of the show tech to a text file on the flash or directly to a tftp server. 

show tech | redirect tftp://192.168.1.1/sho-tech.txt

I have had pretty good luck with this method on most hardware platforms. In most cases, this will go much quicker than trying to dump it out to an SSH to telnet session and by far much quicker than a console session.

I can't do anything with telnet or console. Every command I execute hangs. Trying to schedule a reboot.
