Similar Router IP on LAN

I have my core router IP is 192.168.1.1/24, in case attacker assign same IP 192.168.1.1 on any host in same VLAN segment of 192.168.1.0/24 then my router will down or inconsistency arrive on network. Any idea how to restrict/ block critical device IP assigment on network
