Site to site trunk connection between two 2900 series routers with different Ethernet cards?

Hello All,

I have to set up a site to site trunk link. On one side the router is equipped with a:

NAME: "8 Port GE Non-POE EHWIC Switch on Slot 0 SubSlot 1", DESCR: "8 Port GE Non-POE EHWIC Switch"

PID: EHWIC-D-8ESG      , VID: V01 , SN: FOC163169N0.  On the other side the router is equipped with a basic EWIC card.  Does anyone here on the forum know if these cards need to be the same in order to set this up?

Not really. EHWIC-D-8ESG is copper (RJ45).
