Are you planning to rack this switch in a cabinet? if yes, you need a set of mounting brackets. If you are racking it in a rack then the ear set that comes in the box is sufficient.
Thanks for the replay Reza, Was planning on mounting it in a rack. Unfortunately, i don't have the ear set, that is what I was looking for. I have decided just to use a rackmount tray.
