SNA Machine connectivity to a 3560 Switch

Hi Every one, sorry for the following basic question :

Will I be able to connect a SNA node that is supporting ethernet to a 3560 Switch?

from the 3560 Switch, I will connect it to a Layer 3 router to do the DLSW peering thee. Or must I connect the SNA node directly to the Cisco Router ?

I know that I am asking a very basic question. I know that we must do a transparent bridging and binding with the DLSw on the Layer 3 router, I actually brought this topic because I am having a lots of SNA nodes and connecting them to the ISR means I need lots of ethernet ports.

Thanks,

There may be aspects of your situation that we do not know and therefore prevent a comprehensive answer to your requirements. But the answer to your basic question is that at layer 2 it makes little difference whether the frame is carrying IP or is carrying SNA. I see no reason why you would not be able to connect the SNA node to the switch, connect the router to the switch in the same VLAN, and the SNA node should communicate with the router just fine.
