Can i install a software on my 'Catalyst 2960-C'
that give me Web interface?

Maby like the software in 'Catalyst 1000'.

what is the full model of switch, and what version of code is running.

Technically if the device support you can install .tar file to get GUI

Depends how the IOS got "upgraded".  

Some people say the IOS was "upgraded" by copying the BIN file to the switch but the HTML files are either missing or not compatible.  

For web, the TAR file is required and use the command "archive download-sw tftp://<IP_ADDRESS>/<FILENAME>.tar".
