spann tree topology changes

Hello all,

If In my datacenter i had all 3850s and 9300 cats, with the latest iOS, what would be a good command(s) that I would use to see if there are frequent TCN changes on STP.  I believe I have switches that are not using the same version of spanning-tree and I would like to potentially investigate if this is causing a problem on the network.

I'm just curious what STP commands people use to troubleshoot bad STP design and seeing if there are a lot of toplogy changes.  Sorry for the kind of vague question, just learning about STP.

Thank you

here is the spanning tree troubleshoting guide :

As long as you have setup correct priorities and configuration, you should be ok.....you need to make toployg and see where L2 links are looping and concentrate in that links.
