we have switch stack for cisco 6500 series switches, i am currently login to the second stack member, i add some configuration in G1/0/2 for example sw ac vlan 309, so does this configuration apply to all stack members,do i need to login to stack number 1 and do the same configuration again?
how to switch to stack number 1 while i am in stack number 2?

It applys it to the logical config which is all of the stack members , the running config is all the switches when you log in
how to switch to stack number 1 while i am in stack number 2?
do you mean move between switches in the stack ? ..you would do this with a console cable you can connect to each switch if required , but there should be no reason to unless something is broke , you can see all your other switch ports integrated in the how run in your stack already to configure , for example switch 2 ports will start with g2/0/1
You can send remote commands to other switches if you need to check something from the master
xxxxxxxx#remote command ?
<1-9> Switch number
all All switches
xxxxxxxxxxx#remote command 3 ?
LINE Remote command string
You cant jump like you can between vss switches there is no remote login command

Hi. With VSS you manage the deployment as a single node (the active chassis) which in your case is chassis 2. See kink below:
