Hi all ,
we have a new Cisco 2960+24PC-L Switches run 15.2(1)E1 LANBASEK9 IOS image, sometimes once we try to start typing a command on privilege mode or config mode, a log messages pops up says the following :
%RxQ15 is a static pool and cannot be tuned
%RxQ15 is a static pool and cannot be tuned
These switches are configured with basic config only and nothing is advanced.
had anyone observed this message before on such platform ? could it be a new bug on this latest code ?
Thanks in advance.

That message pertains to one of the CPU buffers. Do you monitor CPU usage on the switch? If you aren't doing anything special on the switch and it happens when you simply log in and begin to configure it, I would say you need to call TAC. You can also check out the CPU usage with:
show proc cpu sort
At the top will be the highest PID for several different time frames. Maybe something is spiking the CPU.

Thanks Chris for the prompt response, actually the CPU utilization seems to me normal as shown below :
IIAB-Irb-Husun-SW1#sh proc cpu sor

Downgrade your IOS to 15.0(2)SE4. The IOS version you are using is very buggy.
