Strange Ping response -- Can you help to identify why?

Dear All,

I have observed a very strange Ping Response for the IPs which are not live :

C:\>ping 150.0.44.21 -t

Pinging 150.0.44.21 with 32 bytes of data:

Request timed out.

Reply from 172.25.91.110: Destination host unreachable.

Request timed out.

Reply from 172.25.91.110: Destination host unreachable.

Request timed out.

Reply from 172.25.91.110: Destination host unreachable.

Request timed out.

Reply from 172.25.91.110: Destination host unreachable.

Request timed out.

Reply from 172.25.91.110: Destination host unreachable.

Either it should be "Request timed out" or "Destination host unreachable"

Can you help to identify why it is?
