Stratix 5700 duplicated MAC address after NAT

Hi, I have a Stratix 5700 with a public IP 10.50.71.YYY, I have setup the NAT to translate a local IP 192.168.1.XXX to a public IP 10.50.71.XXX, when I ping the switch Public IP and the NATed device Public IP from a direct connection from my laptop to the switch (G1/1) each device answers but I'm getting the same MAC in the "ARP -a" command.

When I connect the switch to the building network using the G1/1 I cannot ping any of them, but if I turn off the NAT I have connectivity immediately to the switch public IP.

My IT network administrator (IT department) says that everything looks fine on his side of the network, I believe that because of the duplicated MAC something is blocking the connection but I don't know how to fix this MAC duplication problem.

has anyone had a similar experience with a NAT?
