Subnet Priority

I have network topology attached. I want to enable QoS so that Netwrok1 has higher priority than the others. So plz can someone support me., thanks

what device (e.g. 2950) is SW-3 ? Any QoS is platform specific. Also indicate which interface on SW-3 is connected to the 4500...

Hi, Thanks for your reply. Actually, the Sw3 will be any device, My QoS should be done in Nexus switch on interface VLAN. So any advice and I will be thankful.
