Hi,
I have cisco 4507R switch with two sup-card. One of that got faulty. Sw of both sup card are different so it is possible that sup card is faulty due to this?
If this is the reason for sup card faulty than how can I resolve it?
Please refer the below log for your reference.

Hi,
Most likley, that is hardware issue. When the image for both Sups are not the same, SSO will not work, but that does not make the Sup faulty. You should open a ticket with TAC. You may have to RMA the Sup.
