I'm looking for a sanity-check. Please take a look at the attachment, I believe this setup will work, but hopefully a 2nd or 3rd or Nth set of eyes can verify for me.. Thanks.

Ok, Can I take it a step further?

What if I take the pictured topology and add a server with a Converged Network Adapter and did a 10gbps vPC right to both N5Ks? Would that still work? I want to make sure I have all my ducks in a row before I go plugging things in. Thanks!

Yes it will still work. Just keep in mind any other hardware considerations that are applicable to your N5K / N2K models.
