The issue is occurring on a couple of devices of the same model and version.

Hi friend'

Let start troubleshooting issue here'

1- show lacp neighbor <<- for both SW

2- show lacp count <<- for both SW

Hello
Try the following:

9300A ,
conf t
vlan 92,92,2221
exit
no int po31
defa int gig1/0/42
defa int gig1/0/44

int ran gig1/0/42-43
shut
channel-group 31 mode active  ( let the swi create the pc automatically)

int port 31
switchport mode trunk
switchport trunk allowed vlan 92,93,2211
no shut

int ran gig1/0/42-43
no shut

9300B ,
conf t
vlan 92,92,2221
exit
no int po4
defa int ten1/1/1
defa int ten1/1/2

int ran ten1/1/1-2
shut
channel-group 4 mode active  ( let the swi create the pc automatically)

int port 4
switchport mode trunk
switchport trunk allowed vlan 92,93,2211
no shut

int ran ten1/1/1-2
no shut

@waniyami

As it is

Switch A Gig 1/0/42 - SwitchB Ten 1/1/2
Switch A Gig 1/0/43 - SwitchB Ten 1/1/1

You  need to try to set speed manually

interface TenGigabitEthernet1/1/1
speed 1000
duplex full
channel-group 31 mode active

Thanks!
