Suudenly port channel went down ( No operational members )

Since we do not have visibility and physical connection diagram, as per the information.

 

This more of Link issue with cable associated with interface "Ethernet1/20", investigate the physical issue.

 

is the device is dual-homed? post output below from both the switches

As per your output both the side interface down, but the surprise was one of the switches vPC 21 is shows as a success.,

 

what is the device connected to this vPC 21. how many interfaces participated on the port-channel 

 

can you post below configuration also from both the switches?
