switch 2960 is not reachable when i ping the IP Address

Please kindly assist me on this, i cannot ping the switch but access and phones are working fine on it. I have been on this for the past 2 days without any result.

attached is the config file. Please help me check to know where am missing it.

Hi @Tosin Ola 

Just to discard, you can verify that vlan 5 is created on the switch.

SVIs are not active until the associated vlan is created.

 - Configure and connect the FastEthernet0 port , set IP address etc, you can connect to your switch using the ip address of the this management port.
