SWITCH 2960'S all PORTS are Down Dwon

Kindly i face a porblem that all switch's ports are down dwon (status and protocol) .. triing to write shutdown then no shutdown but this is what i have got, so there is any solution for this problem..?

Hello,

 

try and configure 'power inline never' on the ports before unshutting them. Do you need power on the ports, that is, do you have PoE devices connected ?
