Switch 2960X led blinking with beep

As you can see in the attached video, STAT, SPEED, STACK and MGMT leds are binking with an intermittent beep.

What is the cause of that ? How can we fix it ?

Try using this link and see of you can get Rommon and than reload the switch.

If this does not help, you may have a hardware issue. Open ticket with TAC and RMA the switch to Cisco.

- Attach a console and have a cold-start from power-on , look for error messages, if any or else check if the boot process is normal.
