Switch 3750 Future Upgrade

We currently have 4 switches in a stack configuration shown below.

All these switches have reached End of Life.  From End of Life document the replacement switches are:

Can existing switches work with replacement switches?

If so does the software on existing need to be upgraded?

The switches will work together with no problem and you won't neeed any software upgrade unless there are specific features that you need that would require a different IOS image.

You may need to upgrade your IOS from 12.2(25), as I recently added a ws-c3750v2-48ts to an existing stack of ws-C3750-48ts and the original IOS version wouldn't run on the version 2 switch.
