Switch 3750e CPU problem

hi 

i have active switch in a huge network , i faced problem with CPU always up to 60% or above sometimes ,

i trace the problem with ( sh logging ) command and ( terminal monitor ) and i have not any thing , any help please ?

i faced this problem when i tried to show the root bridge ?!

what the reason of that ?

and how i can fixed that ?
