Dear All,
When running Cisco Switch 3850, Giving Error Message (Main Board Authentication Failed. Abort init...) Screen shot is bellow.
Need Help Anyone Please.

E-mail TAC and provide the serial number of the hardware and your CCO login.

Hi All I also face same .... Any one aware what is solution. Is it really hardware failure issue or it can recover.

For those with this problem, did you copy the IOS before upgrading it? Is it still available? I never tried this, but upload it back to the switch and see if it boots.
I had these same issues when rolling out a large number of 3750's years ago. In my case it wasn't a bug, but a counterfeit device.
It works fine with the IOS that is on the device, but this problem comes up when you go to upgrade the IOS for the first time.
After contacting Cisco they asked me for the serial number and I sent them a "show tech". Bottom line is we received a counterfeit device and it wasn't supported.
