switch 6513 issue

Hi,
This is subhasish,
I have a critical problem with a network.
Description of the problem given below:
We  are facing one major network issue for Ph-V.1 project at East Zone Data  Center. In our Data Center (Ph-V.1), we have 2 nos of Cisco 6513+FWSM  Switch. These 2 switches are running at fail over mode. All servers are  connected with these 2 Switches. The IP details of these servers are  attached for your reference. Also there is connectivity between Ph-IV network and Ph-V.1 Data Center via Gigabit link. At Ph-IV,  customer is using Cisco 1 no of 4507 switch. Also, at Ph-V.1 Data  Center, there are other networks such as DSS (range 10.220.210.X), COTS  (10.220.197.X), CCN (via NIB) etc.

Now the issue is,  Sometimes one of the servers (10.220.196.22) is not reachable from Ph-IV  network. But this server is reachable from other networks (DSS, COTS,  NIB). >From Ph-IV network, other servers are reachable.

Right now the solution i have that is to restart the 6513 switch and the network will work just fine.

All documents are attached below
1. Network diagram
2. IP details for Ph-V.1 Data Center with VLAN details
3. Configuration of Cisco 6513 Switch (2 nos)
4. Configuration of Cisco 4507 Switch
Please help

Please open a TAC case for this issue.

It will probably require sniffer trace analysis, debugs, and internal captures on the 6500. You can open the service request straight from the community

in the actions list located to the right of your post.

Cheers,

Fabienne.
