Switch 9300 Chassis 0 reloading, reason - Non participant detected

Hi everyone. 
I need a help... I have a Switch Cisco 9300 and this switch isn't booting up correctly and continues reloading

I tried to boot up from emergency-install but problem still exist.

And here it is the output

Hi,

If this is a new switch and you have a support contract for it, open a ticket with Cisco. If they are not able to fix it, RMA the switch.

Same problem here.

The 9300 was part of a stack of 7, two stacking cables where intermittently faulty so this switch lost communication with the stack while powered up and is now in a boot loop.
