Switch Configuration for secondary radius server for 802.1x

Hello All,

I added secondary NPS radius server for 802.1 authentication as below,

Switch WS-C3560 Configuration:

aaa new-model
radius-server host 192.168.0.5 auth-port 1645 acct-port 1646 key 7 1122756D0A16599541
radius-server host 192.168.0.6 auth-port 1645 acct-port 1646 key 7 1122756D0A16599541
aaa authentication dot1x default group radius
aaa authorization network default group radius
dot1x system-auth-control

always the authentication gone to first 1 server-5 , if server 5 down,  the authentication fail

however there's no issue in server-6 , because when I remove the CLI of Server-5 , the Authentication gone successful to server-6

kindly advise if there any missing command
