hello,

what kind of switches can we use instead of industrial 5000 switches with same or better performance specially for the operation environment category and have at least 8 10GB ports.

the limitation of industrial 5000 switch is that include only 4 10GB ports.

Not possible. No such module are mentioned in the Data sheet for  IE5000
