Hi Expert,

When i implemented QoS, for the incoming interface (connect to IP Phone), i classified voice packet and want to add a tag to the packets.

By why the total packet was countered (red color), but the match protocol is all 0?

Class-map: voice-detection (match-any)
18 packets
Match: protocol sip
0 packets, 0 bytes
5 minute rate 0 bps
Match: protocol rtp
0 packets, 0 bytes
5 minute rate 0 bps
Match: protocol rtp-audio
0 packets, 0 bytes
5 minute rate 0 bps
Match: protocol cisco-phone-audio
0 packets, 0 bytes
5 minute rate 0 bps
Match: protocol cisco-phone-control
0 packets, 0 bytes
5 minute rate 0 bps
Match: protocol cisco-phone-media
0 packets, 0 bytes
5 minute rate 0 bps
Match: protocol cisco-collab-audio
0 packets, 0 bytes
5 minute rate 0 bps
Match: protocol cisco-collab-control
0 packets, 0 bytes
5 minute rate 0 bps
Match: protocol cisco-jabber-audio
0 packets, 0 bytes
5 minute rate 0 bps
Match: protocol cisco-jabber-control
0 packets, 0 bytes
5 minute rate 0 bps
QoS Set
cos 5

Thanks for the help

Cannot say for sure in your case, but some switches do not reflect their ASIC stats to their IOS.
