Switch SG350-52P to Server DEll R610 link doesnt work

Hi 

I have a cisco SG350-52P with module SFP-10Gbase-CX1 and cable SFP-H10GB-CU3M which are connected with a DEll server R610 with a network card QLogic BCM57810 10 Gigabit Ethernet (latest firmware)

the problem is that the connection between switch to Server the ports doesn't come up.

 - I don't think  SFP-10Gbase-CX1      is compatible with the SG350 , as an be seen for instance from : https://www.hardwarejet.com/cisco-sfp-h10gb-cu1m.html
