Switch SG350 PoE broken after random time

I have 3 switches SG350 PoE with Ubiquiti AP PoE 802.11at compliant plugged in. One of the three switches has  plugged in two Ubiquiti U6 Access Point. After random time from reboot in range from 10 minutes to 3 days, the switch fully shut down PoE and its menu doesn't longer show in the web interface. What is the possible solution?

I got system diagnostic and it shows these lines.... any helps?
