Switch that restarts without stopping

I have a managed SG350-10P POE switch. 

I connected my orange box to the swtich port 1.

My problem: the switch constantly reboots. I can't access the switch via the web interface because since it reboots and loses connection.

How can I stop the switch from rebooting every 2 minutes?

 - Check logs if still possible or configure a syslog server, if not consider factory reset and configure the device again.

if you can manage to get to the console, post any output you see. There is also is a bug (pasted below), the only workaround is an RMA...
