Ok, so Sup7 supports "up to 48 Gbps per slot".  That means 24 Gbps per direction (24 Gbps out + 24 Gbps in).

WS-X4712-SFP+E is a 12-port SFP+ then this means there will be over-subscription if all ports are loaded with SFP+ optics.
