SWITCHING POWER SUPPLY DAMAGE

Dear all ,

                 we are  using the Cisco Catalyst  3560-X Series Switches in my organization  The power supply (C3KX-PWR-715WAC)of the network module(C3KX-NM-10G) burning  out freequently. the same problem has happend four times  so  four times  we had replaced the same by new one .so please anyone advice me the why it is happening and what is the solution.itz very urgent ti find out the solution .so please please help me guys......

Is the switch protected by a UPS? 

Possible dirty power.

You can check the power inputs with the help of an electrician to ensure no supply spikes causing these.
