Te1/1 module nonegotiate

Hi,

We have Cisco 3560X switch and has uplink module of 10G-SR unable to change speed setting on the switch  and IOS version it has 12.2.53 SE2 universal k9 image.

Any inputs will be helpful here.

Cisco 10 Gbps fibre optic modules operate at one speed (and one speed only): 10 Gbps, full duplex.  There is no way for a 10 Gbps fibre optic module to connect with, for example, a 1 Gbps fibre optic module.
