The Aditional power supply of s WS-C2960XR-48TS-I, is hot swap??

I have an aditional power supplly for a WS-C2960XR-48TS-I.

I woould like to know if I can insert this module in "HOT SWAP", I mean, I don´t want to swhudown the device.

Yes X series are hot swappable you can insert it without shutdown , then run command show env all to make sure it took ok

The Catalyst 2960-X switches comes with one fixed power-supply and options for an external redundant power supply source (RPS2300).

The Catalyst 2960-XR switches support dual redundant power supplies. The Catalyst 2960-XR ships with one power supply by default. The second power supply can be purchased at the time of ordering the switch or as a spare. These power supplies have in-built fans to provide cooling.

Since they support redundant PS, it is hot swappable as Mark said.
