These are output queue drops. Output drops don't mean errors. You should be able to see these with 'show interface xx'.
Output drops can be due to QoS or congestion. If there is not congestion, you may want to look at the QoS policy.

this is from Core SW to the access SW to every floor.
Core is 4500 chassis
Access is 2960-x

Hello Mohd,
in order to understand the real impact of these transmit discards / output drops you need to use
show interface gix/y
and to compare
total output packets and output drops
if the ratio output drops / ( output drops + output packets) is low less then 10^-4 you should be fine.
However, in case the ratio is high you need to look at your linecards types.
In the past I have seen some C4500 linecards where a group of GE ports is serviced by a single ASIC chip and the chip was a bottleneck for performance of adjacent ports.
This should not be your case as those were old type of linecards.
