I count one your expereience to find out where this errors are coming from:

FastEthernet41 is up, line protocol is up

Hello Alain,

check if the device that is connected to this port is set to 100MB and Full Duplex fixed and not autonegotiation.

Also, try and change the Ethernet cable connecting to the device.

It could also be the NIC of the device connected that is faulty, or the switchport itself. Try to connect the device to another switchport, and if that does not help, try and exchange the NIC.

What do you have connected to the port anyway ? There is a document that describes NIC compatibility issues with Catalyst switches, you might want to check this:
