Hi

Can you post the interface configs (tunnel/serial/ethrenet)taken out from both the router ?

It could be an MTU Problem, i had a similar issue recently.

If you do a "debug icmp" on the router and look for messages stating that the DF bit is set in a packet and it's being dropped as it exceeds the MTU.
