two 4500 in quad sup VSS deployment

Hello! I`ve recently converted 4507 switch chassis with dual sup configuration into the vss virtual switch node and it works as expected besides the case when i powering off the whole chassis and turn on again. After powering on the VSS 4507 node with dual sup both sups stuck in rommon state until i enter boot to one of them from console. Is it normal behavior? Is it possible boot one automatically?

Can you post the complete output to the command "sh version"?  I want to see the config-registry value of both supervisor cards.  Something tells me they're configured for 0x2100.

No, that's not normal.

Console into one of the line cards that went into ROMmon and reboot the entire chassis (if it's possible).  Post the entire boot-up process.  We want to see what caused the line card(s) to boot into ROMmon.

Check and make sure the config-registry is correct.

Hi! Here are the requested output below:

Yes, that`s was the issue. Thanks you very!

Also would like to ask, there are some configuration guides where port-channel interfaces for VSL link should be configured as mode trunk and others guides recommends to configure without trunk for example:

https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/124626/virtual-switching-system-vss-configuration-cisco-4500-series-switches

SW1(config)#int port-channel 5
SW1(config-if)#switchport
SW1(config-if)#switch virtual link 1
SW1(config-if)#no shut
SW1(config-if)#exit

and

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/switches/catalyst-4500-series-switches/118597-config-vss-00.html

4K_SW1(config)#int po10
4K_SW1(config-if)#switchport
4K_SW1(config-if)#switchport mode trunk
4K_SW1(config-if)#switch virtual link 1
4K_SW1(config-if)#exit

what is difference?
