Two different SUP Engine models in a Single Chassis Switch

Hi folks,

I have two switches cisco WS-C4507+E with WS-X45-SUP7-E Sup engines installed in slot 3. I want to build a supervisor engine redundancy using WS-X45-SUP8-E (slot 4). Both switches are in standalone mode only (not in VSS). Once this upgrade is performed, both switches will be added to the VSS configuration. I'm not sure whether this supervisor engine mixup will work or not. Can anyone help me with this?

Not going to work. 

Both supervisor cards must be the same model number and must be the same "license".
