Two SG300s trunked, one with jumbo frames turned on the other not.

I added a switch to my stack and had jumbo frames configured on the switch I already had but forgot to turn it on on the switch I was adding. I spent hours troubleshooting the switches and why I was getting intermittent connectivity and could not reach a couple of NAS that had jumbo frames turned on. What a day!

Both the side should be the same Jumbo frames, yes you can NAS issue because of jumbo mismatch? is this fix or question?
