I am receiving the following errors on our Cisco 4006 switch.
UDP bad checksum probable src IP:port 10.x.x.x:65155 dest IP:port 10.y.y.y:161 length 768
Can anyone tell me what this error mean and what do I need to do solve any issues?

Looks like an informational message. You will want to setup a sniffer to see where the what device is generating these packets. Could be a bad NIC/application that is sending out bad packets.

Are you using CATOS?
Refer to this cisco document :
It would be better to capture the traffic from the src ip you are seeing in the logs.
Hope this helps..
