Hi,
You mentioned the wrong command under the OSPF process.
You configuration as below:
router ospf 10
log-adjacency-changes
network 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 area 0
But actual command for OSPF as below:
Network <Network number> <OSPF wild card bits> area <Set the OSPF area ID>
network 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.255 area 0
